Tickets purchased online can be picked up at Will Call or emailed for print at home. There is a non-refundable per ticket processing fee for online orders. Online ticket sales will end two hours prior to the performance.
Ticket Policies
- All sales are final. There are no refunds unless the performance is cancelled.
- Tickets are good only for the performance date and time printed on ticket.
- Tickets may be exchanged for another performance if seats are available, contact the box office 24 hours before performance. An exchange fee may apply.
- A per ticket facility fee may be added to the advertised price of every ticket. This fee is subject to change at any time.
Group Sales
Live theatre is more fun in a group. Discounts vary per show and the minimum number of group tickets is 10 for the same performance. If you want to purchase group tickets, send an email to tickets@rivertimeplayers.org and include your name, phone number, performance date you wish to attend, and number of tickets needed. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.
